I’ve spent more than 15 years building and maintaining software, mostly with Ruby on Rails. Much of that time I’ve worked directly with small businesses, taking products from the first conversations through launch and years of day-to-day use.

Working with coding agents has given me a second wind. I built DropKind to turn articles and PDFs into books I’d actually read on my Kindle.

These days, I’m especially interested in learning and thinking, and the new possibilities AI opens up in education. I’m building a language-learning app to explore some of those possibilities, and experimenting with a personal AI agent that I use in everyday life.
